I am extremely glad to know that Singareni Collieries Polytechnic, CCC Naspur, Manchrial, established in the year 2008 by the Singareni Collieries Educational Society, is all set to publish a Souvenir on the occasion of Annual Day 2018-19. The word "souvenir" is a French word for "remembrance" or "memory" and while celebrating the 11th Anniversary, I am sure you all have many reminisces about the past and plans for where you are headed in the future. The college over the past eleven years, has each milestone of its growth etched in the golden letters of dedication, service and toil. I was extremely happy to witness the models which were made and exhibited by the students of Singareni Collieries Polytechnic on the occasion of Singareni Day Celebrations - 2018 at Kothagudem. The innovative models of Singareni Collieries Polytechnic students reminded me of one of the famous quotes of the great Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam: "Learning gives creativity creativity leads to thinking thinking provides knowledge knowledge makes you great!" I am sure that the college will make every effort to live up to its reputation by silently and continuously marching forward. On this auspicious occasion, I congratulate General Manager (Education), Correspondent, Principal and the staff of Singareni Collieries Polytechnic and I appreciate the efforts ofall those who have contributed to the success of this college over 11 years of its existence. On this memorable occasion, I would like to send my best wishes for its continued success in the years ahead and wish that the students who pass-out of this college may go forward and achieve great things in life.

It is heartening to note that this reputed Institution managed by the Singareni Collieries Educational Society is imparting knowledge and instilling moral values in its students, thereby moulding them into dynamic and morally upright Citizens of the Nation. It is also encouraging to note that the Institution is imparting high quality technical education in order to mould the learners into globally competitive professionals. The Singareni Collieries Polytechnic is established as a part of welfare measure with a noble cause of providing quality Technical Education to the children of SCCL employees and surrounding inhabitants. This Institution will certainly address the seriousness of unemployment problem by producing technically skilled persons in the coal belt area. On this occasion I assure all possible support for providing the infrastructural facilities for imparting quality education. I wish the Principal, Faculty and Students a bright future.
I am very happy to give information about our polytechnic. This college established in 2008 with the Approval of AICTE, Recognized by Govt. of Telangana State and functioning as per SBTET,TS norms and SCCL company vision. The total intake seats are 300 per Academic year and at present the total number of regular students are 900. We are maintaining good discipline in Hostels as well as in College premises. Mainly we are focusing on to improve the Quality of Technical Education and Development of facilities. With dedicated & hardworking faculty and staff, it is assured that this institution will rise to the expectations of SCCL.
